600 people attend event to hear about Ramsey proposals
One of the men behind the proposals for a 400-berth yacht marina in Ramsey says there will be further opportunities for the public to have input into the project.
Last night, around 600 people attended a public meeting at the Mountain View Innovation Centre to hear more about the plans, and put their questions to the directors of Ramsey Marina Limited.
The funding of the construction, how it will affect the views in Ramsey and environment issues were among the concerns raised by those in attendance.
Robin Bromley-Martin says this won't be the last time the public is asked to contribute.
Local residents seemed generally happy with the responses.
