Five-stage plan to be published
More information on the Island's borders will come later this week, but they won't reopen until it's safe to do so, according to the chief minister.
Howard Quayle's comments at the latest media conference came as the Island logged a 40th consecutive day of no new coronavirus cases.
He said the Council of Ministers will continue to monitor the situations here and within neighbouring jurisdictions as it considers how, and when, increased movement at the border may be allowed:
