Chief constable's annual report highlights rise
The chief constable says people seem more prepared to come forward and report sexual offences these days, particularly ones which happened many years ago.
Gary Roberts' annual report goes before Tynwald this coming week.
He appeared live on Sunday Opinion on Manx Radio this lunchtime to cover many of the issues he raises within it.
