MHK wants to know how DESC will retain and attract staff
More clarity is needed over government's plans to attract more teachers to the Isle of Man, according to one MHK.
Douglas North member David Ashford recently voted in support of the Department of Education, Sport and Culture's annual plan, but highlighted the lack of references to recruitment in the plan
More than 20 teachers left their posts at the end of the last academic year.
