More desire for big retailers to sell Manx products than ever before

DEFA minister says it's because they're committing to net zero targets

Big retailers are more receptive than ever to local products as they try to achieve their green targets.

That's the opinion of the environment, food and agriculture minister.

Clare Barber is bringing three documents to Tynwald this week - the Energy, Agricultural and Food Security strategies.

She told Manx Radio the desire for more companies to achieve net zero could stand to benefit our food economy:
