A bus drivers’ union representative has made fresh calls for the dispute to go to arbitration.
Billy Chesnut of Unite was speaking as the first bus strike hit home on the Island today.

But Mr Chesnut says it may be the only way to cut through the intractable arguments:
Peel bar impacted by bus strikes
Care funding reform report delayed following ministerial change
Charity plans baby loss memorial garden at Noble's Hospital
New rights for neonatal care leave and carer's leave on the way
