More accolades for Manx meat

Local firm scoops awards at Industry Awards

Isle of Man Meats is celebrating another strong performance at the recent Great Taste Awards in the UK.

The producer picked up three 'highly commended' accolades.

Recognition came in the best pork/pigmeat product category for their antibiotic free loin of Manx pork. 

Additionally the rack of prime Manx lamb and prime Manx leg steaks were highly commended in the best lamb product category.

The Meat Management Industry Awards are the biggest, and most prestigious, for the meat sector in the British Isles.
