This month's Peel Weekend Wildlife Walk takes place this weekend.

Meeting at the Manx Wildlife Trust gift shop, the walk normally takes approximately an hour and a half, but never goes more than 10 minutes away from the shop.

The walk happens once a month, and January's starts at 10am tomorrow (Sunday 21 January).

In a post on its website, the MWT said: "This gentle stroll around Peel is a lovely opportunity to meet other wildlife lovers, while also taking the time to see what wildlife you might be missing during day-to-day life."

Don't forget to wrap up warm and bring binoculars if you have them!

You can find out more about MWT's events HERE.

NOTE: This event may be subject to change given the current weather the Island is experiencing.

UPDATE: The walk has been postponed (9:16am Sunday) - on Facebook, the MWT said: "Good morning! Unfortunately, it's currently extremely wet and windy in Peel, so sadly our Peel Weekend Wildlife Walk will be postponed. Sorry about the short notice of this message. One of our team members will be at the shop to let anyone know who didn't see this."
