Julie Edge rules out such services for under-served areas
The chair of the Isle of Man Post Office has been probed on how much engagement there's been with government and the community to improve its services.
MHK Julie Edge provided a statement in Tynwald described as "an update on the [organisation's] progress" since a strategy was approved in December.
Speaker of the House Juan Watterson asked Ms Edge if the post office has considered mobile services to reach the more under-served areas of the Island.
In response, Ms Edge explained the introduction of these would be very costly, and also revealed some services are facing termination.
