David Cretney describes following white lines on the road in poor visibility
A member of Tynwald who competed in the Manx Grand Prix has be recalling practising during misty conditions.
This year's TT qualifying schedule has been struck by a series of weather delays, with rain, mist and fog causing postponements during practice week.
David Cretney MLC competed in nine races, including in the 1998 Senior Race when he recorded a 100mph lap.
He described the conditions on Manx Radio's Moghrey Jedoonee:
