Businessman Ron Berry is one of 15 candidates standing in election
Lots of great opportunities are being overlooked on the Isle of Man because of over-regulation according to one of the candidates standing in the upcoming Legislative Council election.
Businessman Ron Berry is hoping to secure one of four seats on Tynwald's upper chamber next Tuesday (4 March).
He's worked in a range of sectors including broadcasting, advertising and the wine trade, as well as training as a psychiatric nurse.
Mr Berry believes regulatory regimes are important but can be a barrier:
