Poole-Wilson and Peters top poll
A Member of the Legislative Council and a former radio presenter have been elected to serve the constituency of Middle.
Jane Poole-Wilson comfortably topped the poll with 1,788 votes, creating a vacancy in LegCo.
She says her experience as an MLC will help her make a strong start in the House of Keys:
Stu Peters claims the second seat after securing 965 votes, and says he'll represent the 'silent majority':
Alison Lynch was third after securing 792 votes, while Keiran Hannifin had 553, and David Fowler received 163 votes.
Both Middle members elected in 2016, Howard Quayle and Bill Shimmins, decided not to stand this year.
