Tim Baker recognises impact of Douglas scheme
The infrastructure minister believes businesses on Douglas promenade agree with the current policy to get the redevelopment works finished by Easter next year.
Tim Baker acknowledges many have faced hardship, frustration and anxiety since the scheme began in September 2018.
He's promised monthly walk and talk sessions on the prom and did his first one at the end of last week:
