MHK wants clarification on homeowner rights
The home affairs minister will face questions about delivery drivers at next week's sitting of the House of Keys.
Arbory, Castletown and Malew MHK Jason Moorhouse wants to know what protection a homeowner has to ensure someone delivering an item to their home doesn't enter the premises without their prior knowledge or consent.
Bill Malarkey will also be asked to clarify what someone can do to remove a person who enters their home without permission.
