Claims horse trams were included in report on value of heritage railways
The infrastructure minister denies he misled Tynwald over the economic value of the Island's heritage railways.
It comes after Tynwald voted overwhelmingly in favour of spending £1.5 million on rebuilding the horse tram stables at Strathallen.
A report he quoted during the debate says the impact of the horse trams had been excluded from assumptions about the economic value of the railways, as their removal would not impact the total visitor numbers to the Isle of Man.
Ray Harmer had said they were included, as far as he was concerned.
