Southern Pool said to be too small for increasing class sizes
Sending Ballasalla students twice the distance for their swimming lessons is said to be saving money because of increasing class numbers.
The education minister has been responding to a question in the House of Keys this week.
It's thought having the lessons at the NSC will save the department around £4,685 a year.
