Minister can't justify parking charge delay

Cuts and charges not welcome by senior civil servants

The infrastructure minister says he can't justify the delay to the introduction of parking charges for government workers and Tynwald members.

The charges were supposed to come in on April 1, but it has been put on hold pending a further review.
