Today (Sunday) is the final chance to explore some of the unusual and less publicly accessible historic properties, lands and buildings that form part of the Island’s heritage.
It’s the last of the Heritage Open Days in which heritage organisations and private owners have opened their doors, offering cultural tours and activities.
After yesterday’s Mining and Methodism event at Agneash focusing on the history and the characters of the area, this afternoon Agneash Chapel will recreate a primitive Methodist service.
It will be led by local preacher Peter Murcott at 3pm.
