Creameries install recycling bin for plant-based packaging
A recycling trial for milk cartons is taking place in the west of the Island.
Isle of Man Creameries has placed a recycling bin at the Western Civic Amenity Site for its plant-based packaging.
Empty cartons placed in the bin will be crushed, bailed and taken to a specialist plant for recycling.
The company hopes to roll-out recycling bins to other areas of the Island soon, if the trial is successful.
