MHKs: 'We want to know what Glen Maye residents need'

Looking to establish better amenities in the village

People in Glen Maye are being asked what they need in their community.

The Glenfaba and Peel MHKs are collecting ideas on how to establish greater amenities there and help find 'community-led solutions'.

This week government confirmed the Waterfall Hotel – which is in private ownership – won't be given protected status.

It's now under potential threat of demolition from developers who want to create housing on the site. 

Tim Crookall says he and Kate Lord-Brennan want to help improve quality of life and believe the former pub could be a key facility:
