Douglas South member sought to ask about chief minister's involvement
An MHK says she's had a political question about an appeal in the Dr Rosalind Ranson tribunal blocked due to sub judice.
Douglas South member Claire Christian has sought to ask the chief minister whether he was involved in the decision to lodge an appeal in October last year.
The appeal, which the Department of Health and Social Care lost, related to whether a legal representative could be required to give evidence to the tribunal.
A recent Freedom of Information request submitted by Isle of Man TV asked a similar question, but the request was rejected.
