
Concerns were raised during the budget debate about the public sector pension liability.
They came principally from Castletown MHK Richard Ronan and Middle MHK Howard Quayle.
Speaking in response to Mr Teare's speech Mr Quayle described it as a 'groundhog day' budget.
He pledged to support it, but said the major financial challenge facing the nation had still not been addressed:
