Public's views sought on maternity and paternity rules
An MHK has described her relief that laws around family leave on the Island have been opened up for consultation.
It's one of three subjects people are being invited to share their views on as government looks towards future employment reforms.
Part of the proposals include the introduction of shared parental leave - where two partners split 50 weeks of time off and 37 weeks of pay.

The Department of Enterprise is also seeking feedback on zero hours contracts and whistleblowing.
The consultations are open until 26 August.
