Garff member accuses government of "green washing"
Proposed new laws to tackle climate change are "toothless", "wishy washy" and would achieve nothing meaningful.
That's the view of Garff MHK Daphne Caine, who was critical of the Climate Change Bill during its second reading in the House of Keys.
Meanwhile, Middle member Bill Shimmins accused the government of etching targets in jelly, rather than setting them in stone.
