Blocks empty after being replaced by Peel Road development
A Douglas Central MHK says she 'wishes she knew' what was happening with derelict blocks of flats on Lord Street.
They are currently empty after tenants were moved to new apartments on Peel Road almost two years ago.
The buildings are owned by Douglas City Council.
