Callister blames lower share of vote on 'difficult administration'

Onchan MHK Rob Callister says he wants to create ‘a stronger Onchan together’.

He was elected to serve a third term as MHK for the constituency at this week’s General Election after a decade in post already.

But he received a lower share of the vote than in 2021 - coming in second to newcomer Rachel Glover who topped the poll.

Speaking after his election Mr Callister put that down to the obstacles faced by the previous administration:
