Tynwald asked to set up committee following petition
An MHK says an "overrestrictive" planning policy denies those who live in areas at risk of flooding a chance to have their say on future developments.
Middle member Bill Shimmins will seek support to set up a committee looking at interested party status at this month's sitting of Tynwald.
It comes following a Tynwald Day petition from Trevor Cowin.
