Onchan member Julie Edge recently requested an update on the implementation of the Everall report.
The document, published following an inquiry into the Island's care system after the deaths of two teenagers, made 132 recommendations for change; Chief Minister Alfred Cannan confirmed the majority have been completed as of 2013.
