Hooper believes current process needs fixing
Desperately in need of fixing - that's an MHK's view on the local authority rates system.
Ramsey Town Commissioners announced a 9.6% hike of their rates earlier this week.
Ramsey MHK Lawrie Hooper served as a commissioner in the town, prior to his election to the House of Keys in 2016.
