Shimmins says people are confined by 'judgemental' border rules
Border rules for Manx residents are 'judgemental' and the government should be progressing a Covid passport scheme for those who are vaccinated.
That's the opinion of Middle MHK Bill Shimmins who says people have been 'confined' here for too long by restrictions.
He's asked Chief Minister Howard Quayle to follow the European Union's lead and allow people who've had their vaccination to travel freely:
Carers: 'They are often the quiet heroes of our Island'
Hooper: 'Time to bite the bullet and build new hospital'
'No final decisions' made yet about relocating dementia patients says Manx Care
'We want to provide a facility for almost anybody'
