Glover speaking to Treasury over licensing regulations
Treasury has been asked to look at whether it can change licensing rules which determine when you can drink alcohol on Steam Packet vessels.
Arbory, Castletown and Malew MHK Tim Glover says he believes the current regulations – which don’t allow people to be served until they are outside of Manx waters – are ‘archaic’.
The issue was raised during a debate on connectivity in Tynwald this week.
