MHK says tramway is only public transport for some areas
The Manx Electricity Railway needs to be protected because it's the only public transport for some parts of the Island.
That's from Garff MHK Daphne Caine after government recently sought feedback from the public on a review into Manx railways.
A report into the economic value of the railways by consultants SYSTRA is due imminently.
