
The Mental Health Service will aim to improve as much as possible after facing criticism at an inquest.
That's according to the Clinical General Manager of the service, Paul Hurst.
Coroner of Inquests John Needham said the state could've done more to protect Christopher Burrows on the day he died in June 2011 and made eight reccomendations to improve the service.
Mr Hurst says the service takes Mr Needham's recommendations very seriously:
