Cope says absences exist in talking therapies
There's a long way to go with regard to mental health services on the Isle of Man.
That's the view of the chief executive of Manx Care.
Teresa Cope says some senior appointments have been made and more funding has been made available for mental health provision.
But there remains an 'absence' of some first lines of intervention:
