Manx Radio joins over 300 radio stations
Manx Radio is taking part in a radio first later this morning.
BBC and commercial stations around the British Isles will join together at 10.59am to broadcast a one-minute message about mental health.
Over 300 outlets are involved in the initiative which forms part of Mental Health Awareness Week.
Some big names are involved - as well as Dame Jessica Ennis-Hill and Lady Gaga, The Duke of Cambridge, Prince Harry and Dame Judi Dench also appear in the message.
