Data shows one in four struggle with workplace mental health issues
Mental health first aid courses are being introduced after statistics show one in four of us struggle with the issue in the workplace.
They're being sponsored by the Southern Community's Partnership, with hopes of promoting a caring and sustainable society.
The two-day courses will be on once a month from January to April next year, taking place in different locations in the south of the Island.
