The health body says Sally Shaw has decided to move back to the UK to be closer to family.
She would like to thank many colleagues for their continued support and dedication to what Manx Care is endeavouring to achieve.
Chief executive officer, Teresa Cope, thanked her for her service and wished her all the best for the future.
