On average, men earn £96 more per week than women in the Isle of Man.
The figure has been revealed in the latest earnings survey, which is produced annually by Treasury.
In June last year, the average weekly wage for a man was £658, and £562 for women.
The gap is smaller than it is in the United Kingdom, though.
The combined average for the Island, £620, is on a par with the UK's combined average.
