Residents ask for hospital assurances
A requisition meeting will be held next Tuesday (May 23) to discuss the future of services at Ramsey Cottage Hospital.
Members of the public have requested the gathering in the wake of news that endoscopy procedures will relocate to a new, purpose-built facility at Noble's Hospital from next week.
Voters have asked for health officials to attend the meeting at Scooil Ree Gorree at 7pm.
In Tynwald this week, Minister Kate Beecroft apologised to the court for the way the news was made public but stressed the move would improve efficiencies and reduce endoscopy waiting times.
