Commissioners unhappy with timing of developments
Ramsey Town Commissioners meet this evening to discuss the result of a public consultation on the desired future use of the courthouse building.
However, on Tuesday, Home Affairs Minister Bill Malarkey announced the property had been put up for sale with an asking price of £475,000.
This has prompted an angry reaction online from residents in the north of the Island.
Ramsey commissioner Juan McGuinness says tonight's meeting has been overtaken by events this week:
Teen accused of wounding with intent to murder appears in court
Section of Quarterbridge Road to close for tree works
Concern in Northern Ireland over fishing visas
DoI seeking 'fair and sustainable' solution to bus drivers' dispute
