CEO insists it's not about blaming older people but finding the best ways to care for them
Establishing how to meet the needs of an ageing population should be one of the Isle of Man's priorities.
That's the view of Manx Care's chief executive.
Last year the chief minister set a target of increasing the number of people living here by 15,000 by 2037.
But concerns have been raised about the demand that will place on an already stretched, and over-budget, health service.
Responding to the concerns of a Manx Radio listener Teresa Cope insisted it's not about blaming older people:
