Claim it's not truly treated like a national day
Tynwald Day is not a highlight of the year for the Manx nationalist party.
That's according to Mec Vannin's Mark Kermode, who's been speaking to Manx Radio from its stall on the fair field in St John's.
Mec Vannin has been campaigning for Manx independence for more than half a century.
Though today is the Isle of Man's national day, Mr Kermode says it's not truly treated like one:
