Customers need orders in before end of May
The Isle of Man meat plant will not process any produce during TT race week.
Essential maintenance and refurbishment work in the boning room will take place to allow the facility to be compliant with new regulations.
It has to be done before an inspection in August.
Customers are asked to have their orders in no later than Wednesday 29 May.
Plant Director Phillip Parsons says the timing of the work has been carefully planned:
Man treated for non-life threatening injuries following Ramsey incident
Consultation open on plans to formally recognise the heritage of Douglas Head
Police dealing with 'serious incident' in Ramsey
