Former chef sets up new service
People struggling on the Isle of Man because of Coronavirus are being offered a helping hand when it comes to food.
Samantha Farrell has lost her job due to the outbreak, and because of this she wanted to support others in a similar situation.
In the past couple of days she's set up a Facebook group called Isle of Man Community Meal Donations.
The idea is to provide basic tasty meals for elderly or vulnerable people who may be experiencing difficulties as a result of pandemic.
Samantha, who used to work as a chef, says she just wants to put something back into the community:
You can find the page by searching for IOM Community Meal Donations on Facebook.
