
Manx Electricity Authority staff say they hope to have all electricity supplies back online by the end of tonight after days of work to tackle power outages.
At the moment just 77 homes are still without power after problems caused by snow and high winds.
However the Authority says it’s aiming to have them all back on supply by the end of tonight.
A fault in Sulby this afternoon has meant another 53 homes have been left without electricity – that fault’s under investigation and the MEA says supplies will be restored as soon as possible.
