
Radical measures are needed to bring down the Manx Electricity Authority's debts.
That was the message coming out of Tynwald this morning.
During question time Michael MHK Alf Cannan suggested the MEA either needed to have its debt wiped out, to be privatised, or both.
He said there was no way the authority could trade itself out of its current position.
