Follows patient's complaint after stay at Noble's Hospital
Questions have been raised after a patient at Noble's Hospital complained there was no food suitable for him to eat.
Peter Cannell has Coeliac disease and can't eat gluten.
When he was admitted as an overnight patient he was told the kitchen wouldn't be able to cater to his needs.
I went to Nobels Hospital for a minor procedure on Tuesday. It went long so I ended up overnighting. The nurse, having realised I have #coeliac disease, asked if Iād brought my own food - just as well I had as there was nothing GF on offer.

Peter's told Manx Radio he wants to raise awareness for anyone else who might be affected:
Manx Care says MCALS is looking into the issue and will 'feed back to the relevant service area so that further improvements can be made'.
