Local authority says the dispensers are paid for by the rates
Marown Commissioners is asking parents in the parish to tell their children not to use dog poo bags as water bombs.
Commissioner Alison Lynch says the youngsters in the area are really well behaved and hopes this is a one off.
The dispensers have been installed for dog walkers and are paid for by ratepayers.
Mrs Lynch says the local authority would reconsider making them available if it continues.
