Commissioners chairman wants voters to decide
The pedestrianisation of Market Square should be one of the key issues of next year's Castletown Commissioners elections.
That's the view of the current chairman of the local authority, who believes the matter needs sorting one way or another.
It's proved a divisive subject in the past, with traders concerned about losing business if parking spaces are lost.
