
The Island’s former chief financial officer says he’s thrilled to have been appointed head of a widely acclaimed management programme.
Mark Shimmin will succeed Tim Cullen as executive director of the Small Countries Financial Management Programme later this summer.
The Manx government-funded scheme brings tangible assistance to developing small countries around the world.
Mr Shimmin says he wants to build on the good work carried out over the past five years.
